A friend brought my attention to an article in this month’s edition of PC Powerplay Magazine. 
This is from Issue 139, page 11.
Great job! It seems they were quite impressed with Zyberflux. Blame the bad screenshot on Tone….. it was him! (j/k). Seriously though, I wish they told us they were using that picture for publication. We would have taken more effort to get a better screenshot. This on was taken moments before we submitted to Interzone Nullarbor, and we thought it’ll just be on the IZNull website to identity the entries.
All well…. You know… I’m starting to think that we should port Zyber to windows now… especially if we get the whole of Australia trying to download and play the game…..hmmm…
Yeah - I thought it was a bit off that Zyberflux wasn’t installed on most of the demo computers at Go3… not sure what the story was on that one. (Would have pushed the rankings up a bit, I think?)
Yeah, the disadvantage of going with Linux. We had to have 2 computers exclusively running the game, since it was booted on LIVE-CD - slax.
If we had it in Windows, it might’ve gotten more attention. That said, it might be a moot point, as the voting was done from watching the trailers. *shrug*…. who knows.
